This policy explains how IntelliAgent Limited (“IntelliAgent”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website or contact us.

IntelliAgent platform data

This policy applies to personal data we process as a website operator and business.

It does not apply to personal data that IntelliAgent processes on behalf of hotel clients through the IntelliAgent platform. In those circumstances, the hotel client is generally the data controller and IntelliAgent acts as its processor under the applicable contract and data processing agreement.

What data we collect

We collect the personal data we need to operate our website and communicate with you, including:

  • Contact details: name, job title, company, email address, telephone number and information you provide in an enquiry, demo or audit request.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and information about how you use our website.

We aim to collect only the personal data we need for these purposes. Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect special category data through it.
