We have zero tolerance for bribery or corruption in any form. We expect all employees, directors, contractors, consultants, agents and other parties acting on behalf of IntelliAgent to conduct business with integrity and to comply with this policy.
No person acting for or on behalf of IntelliAgent may offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive or accept a bribe or other improper advantage.
This includes offering or providing money, gifts, hospitality, services, discounts, favours or anything else of value where the purpose is to improperly influence a business decision, secure an improper advantage or reward improper conduct.
IntelliAgent will comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation, including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and, where applicable to our international activities, other relevant anti-corruption laws and regulations.
Particular care must be taken in any dealings with government officials, public bodies, state-owned organisations or individuals acting in an official capacity.
IntelliAgent prohibits offering or providing anything of value to a Government Official for the purpose of influencing an official action or obtaining an improper business advantage.
Facilitation payments or unofficial payments intended to expedite or secure routine governmental actions are prohibited.
Reasonable and proportionate business hospitality may be offered or accepted where it has a legitimate business purpose and cannot reasonably be interpreted as an attempt to improperly influence a decision.

Any gift or hospitality involving a Government Official requires particular scrutiny and must comply with applicable law and the policies of the relevant public body.
Commissions, referral fees and other payments to agents, partners, consultants or intermediaries must relate to legitimate services, be commercially reasonable and be appropriately documented.
Payments must not be used, directly or indirectly, to provide bribes, kickbacks or other improper benefits.
IntelliAgent expects third parties acting on its behalf to maintain standards of ethical conduct consistent with this policy.
Employees and representatives of IntelliAgent should avoid situations in which personal interests conflict, or could reasonably appear to conflict, with the interests of IntelliAgent or its customers and business partners.
Potential conflicts should be disclosed promptly so they can be reviewed and managed appropriately.
IntelliAgent requires business transactions and expenditure to be accurately recorded.
False, misleading or deliberately incomplete records are prohibited. Payments must have a legitimate business purpose and must not be disguised or recorded in a way that conceals their true nature or recipient.
We seek to compete fairly and honestly and to build relationships with customers, suppliers, technology partners and other organisations based on the quality and value of our services.
We do not seek business through deception, improper inducements, undisclosed conflicts of interest or other unethical practices.
Employees, contractors and business partners are encouraged to raise concerns about suspected bribery, corruption, unethical conduct or breaches of this policy.
Concerns can be reported to IntelliAgent management or through our published company contact channels.
Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously and appropriately. IntelliAgent will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine compliance concern in good faith.
All individuals working for or representing IntelliAgent are responsible for understanding and complying with this policy.
Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of a commercial relationship and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
IntelliAgent will review this policy periodically and update it where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, regulation or our business activities.
